Author and historian Herman Lindqvist will be visiting Marstrands Havshotell on May 25th with a lecture about King Oscar II. The lecture starts at 6:00 PM and costs 200 SEK per person. The price includes the lecture, a glass of non-alcoholic sparkling wine, and light snacks for mingling.
The Victorian Days will participate in the event with a surprise.
The Victorian Days were a success this year out in Marstrand. We had around 15,000 visitors, and there were many of us who made the days possible. Some newcomers were the theater group Happy Clown and the juggler Hugo Rosvall, it was great to have you with us!

Come and borrow a Victorian-era swimsuit in Paradisparken before 12:00 PM so you can join in when the swim starts. But remember to bring your own swimwear too, as the suits become somewhat see-through after being worn in water.

Yesterday, the Victorian Days celebrated National Day in the Fortress Park, where we distributed this year's program brochure and sold jubilee books. All the program brochures were taken home by people, so more need to be printed. Take the opportunity to grab a copy if you're out in Marstrand!
